In an ordinary large centrifugal separator when the
dissociation or separation of solution has been made the
solid substances should be taken out from the top by
hand.

This machine, however, is equipped with speed variable, semi-automatic
and fully-auto operation which can be revolved by main motor,
it can micro-adjustment for low, middle & high speed
operation. When it is operated, first dehydrate the separated substances
and accumulate them to the uttermost capacity, then
adjust the main motor to suitable speed and through the
speed reduce revolving the basket, and now operate the
scraper, then the separated substances are dischaged
automatically from the bottom sep by stop. The scraper
can also be adjusted freely, up down, or thick and thin,
and the scraping knife is made of high grade steel and
is guaranteed to be lasting and durable.
